RULES :
# Participants will prepare a topic related to science & tech.
# Participants can express their topics in the form of speech, extempore, standup, song etc.
# Each participant will be given a bonus topic on the spot after their self prepared topic.
# Maximum time limit for open mic: 4 minutes
# Maximum time limit for on the spot topic: 1.5 minutes
